What historic landmarks do you have?


There are many historic landmarks in New Jersey. One of them is the Jersey Shore. It is the most popular vacation spot in N.J. The Jersey Shore is 130 miles long. It stretches from the tip of Sandy Hook along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Jersey Shore has many boardwalks. One of the most famous boardwalks is in Atlantic City. It was built in 1870.

There is a historic landmark ON the Jersey Shore called Lucy the Elephant. It is one of the most oddest attractions on the Jersey Shore. Lucy was built by a man named James Lafferty in 1881. Lucy is 6 stories tall and weighs 90 tons.

Another historic landmark in N.J. is the Thomas Alva Edison Memorial Tower. Thomas Edison was a VERY famous inventor in the 1800's. He invented many things such as the light bulb.

There is a historic landmark in Haddonfield, New Jersey where the hadrosaur was discovered. It is New Jersey's state dinosaur.
